Your QuickBooks® connection has ended

What has happened

The connection between your QuickBooks Online company and Insight Analytics is terminated. Our access token has been revoked and it cannot be used again.

What we no longer do

• We no longer read anything from your QuickBooks Online company.
• We no longer record entries in it.
• We no longer receive any data about it from Intuit.

Nothing on our side can restore this by itself. A new connection needs your approval on Intuit's consent screen, exactly as the first one did.

What we still hold, and why

Work we have already done for you does not disappear when the connection ends. We keep engagement records for the period set out in your engagement letter and for any period the law separately requires.

For charter schools, some of those records may be public records under Florida law, and we keep them so that the school can meet its own duties. Requests for them are routed through the school. Student education records are confidential and exempt.

Asking us to delete what we can delete

Write to the contact below and tell us what you want removed. We will delete anything that is not held under your engagement letter or a legal retention duty, and we will tell you plainly what we are required to keep and why. We reply within one business day.

One thing worth checking

If we revoked the connection at your request, it is already done at our end. If you would like to see that for yourself, open QuickBooks Online, go to Settings, then Apps, and confirm that Insight Analytics is no longer listed.

If you want to reconnect

Contact us and we will send a new request. You approve it on Intuit's consent screen in the same way as before, and nothing reconnects until you do.
